Happy New Year!

We are starting the New Year with a busy workload we have several sites on the go and the office is busy tendering for works which include office refurbishments, factories, schools and colleges. Below are details of some of our ongoing works;

A prestigious Design and Build contract in Fitzrovia of two properties on behalf of Langham Estates Group. The sites are located in Great Titchfield Street and Eastcastle Street W1W and involve the soft strip and minor demolitions of 3no floors and the refurbishment to a CAT A standard, inclusive of extensive electrical and mechanical installations, bespoke joinery, exposed services, roofing and final finishes.
The project duration is 16 weeks and a value of £570,000.00

WCI have also been awarded a Design and Build contract in the education sector at Newham 6^th Form College in Plaistow creating a new reception area within a ‘live’ site. Works involve the soft strip, minor demolition works, electrical and mechanical installations, bespoke joinery, plasterboard partitions, ceilings, glazed fire screens, structural steel installations, speed gate turnstile installations and final finishes.
The project duration is 10 weeks and a value of £460,000.00

In Barking we are working within a ten storey office block for our client Commercial Estate Group.  We are refurbishing the Ladies and Gents toilets and the lift lobby landings.
The project duration is 7 weeks and a value of £300,000.00
