This Design & Build Contract was comprised of the strip-out and refurbishment works to the 5th and 6th floors at Moray House and 1st floor at Eastcastle Street in Fitzrovia W1W.

The blockwork walls general soft strip, stud partitions, M&E installations, ceilings, flooring and tea points were demolished.

Refurbishment works consisted of new M&E installations, including lighting, power, data and air conditioning designs, plus new wet radiator systems fed from existing supplies.

New tea points, new engineered wood flooring and final finishes were implemented.
