This short project involved the office remodelling and refurbishment of both Marlborough House and
CBAT Buildings.

The fit-out consisted of demolition to internal walls and ceilings, creation of a brand new office layout and internal decoration.

New doors, partitions and screens were added along with new staff kitchen facilities, new air conditioning, a new fire alarm system, renewal of electrics and the addition of suspended ceilings.
