Works on this project involved office refurbishment to the first, second and fourth floors.

The project consisted of new office fit-out and decoration, supply and installation of new furniture to the fourth floor, new toilets and shower area, a new air conditioning system, new electrics and lighting, installation and refurbishment of parquet flooring, and new MF ceilings.

In addition to the office refurbishment, we also completely refurbished the reception and common area staircase and assisted with external decorations to the front and rear.

We also helped with the major overhaul of the existing lift within the property.
