WCI Ltd was appointed by Hartdixon to stain the existing buff-coloured brickwork to red using Keim-based products.

The works involved were to stain individual bricks to the front and side elevation of 1200m² leaving the existing buff-coloured mortar joints.

Other works included new black powder coated frames linking together the upper windows to allow for the installation of new composite cladding panels.

New back lit signage was installed including the installation of new white powder coated soffit panels. New wall graphics and signage were also fitted to the existing warehouse.

All works were carried out under strict supervision due to the occupancy of the office units and restricted access.
