We have recently completed four office suite refurbishments at Union court, Clapham for our client Hart Dixon and have now been instructed to start another office refurbishment along with external graphics in the same building, value of extra works £180,000.

We have also just completed five small office space refurbishments at The Plaza, Kings Road, London for our client Commercial Estates.  Value £42,000.

For our client Hollis we recently completed a factory and office refurbishment in Reading.  Value £100,000.

City Literary Institute instructed us to carry out a fit out of a lecture and screening room, the architect on this project was Fabric Space.  Value £287,000.  This has now been completed and handed over.

We are continuing with our Nursery refurbishment in Deanery Road, Stratford for another valued customer Littlerock Developments.  Works are being completed in stages so that the Nursery can continue to operate safely.  Project will end and be handed back to the client the week before Christmas.

Our Kenley residential apartments are progressing well and will be ready for Spring 2022.
