On Monday we returned to Crown House Ipswich for a CAT A Fit out, value £250,000 for our client Commercial Estates Group.  We will be on site for eight weeks.

We also handed over a completed basement project at Portland Square London to our client on time and on budget.  Works consisted of damp proofing to pavement lights and general decorations to prepare for new incoming tenants.

Works at Hoddesdon are progressing well and we will be handing over early to our client at their request.

The office remains busy with tenders coming in from various clients and of course all our ongoing works.
