D’Arblay Street in Soho – Project progressing well (photo above of fourth floor nearly there) and due to handover on time.  Our client (a charitable trust) has been making regular visits and is amazed at the transformation of what was a very “tired” building certainly in need of TLC from WCI.

The Plaza in Kings Road – working for our client Commercial Estates; several small offices in the heart of Chelsea will soon be ready for handover.  The shop unit refit has now also commenced.

The warehouse refurbishment in Strood Kent, for our client Hollis has recently completed and we achieved handover on time and in budget.

Confirmation that our office refit at 95 Aldwych for our client HTC completed early and on budget.

We have been awarded 13 Lancashire Court, project value £499,000.  Refurbishment and reconfiguration of a shop unit and domestic accommodation above across five floors on behalf of Hart Dixon and Royal London Asset Management.
