We secured the contract for a design and build project for the interior and exterior refurbishment of an office development in the heart of Wimbledon Village.

The project involved the complete strip out of internal walls and finishes over three floors, including the refit of new finishes to remodel these offices into bright, fresh and open spaces.

We were also involved in the M&E design for the project, including new heating, lighting and AC installation.

Bespoke glazed screens and conservation paving were used to create a quadrangle on the first floor. A beautiful outside space for some fresh air.
