This complete refurbishment of an old property resulted in two beautiful two-bedroom apartments above a first-floor retail space. Quality was of the utmost importance throughout to fit in with Mayfair’s renowned reputation.

Included in the refurbishment was a new kitchen and bathrooms with high-quality joinery throughout the residential units and a new shop frontage to the retail area.

Due to the size of the rooms and the government restrictions regarding the pandemic, it meant we were only able to have two employees on the site at one time, causing the completion time to extend further than we had hoped.

We carried out this renovation on behalf of our client, HartDixon building surveyors, who were fulfilling the wishes of their client, Royal London, who own the property.
