This involved the formation of new shower rooms to the 7th and 8th floors, plus construction of a new meeting room on the 7th floor. This project was carried out within a busy, occupied office area, requiring careful coordination with office operatives carrying out their day-to-day work.

We demolished and removed existing walls, ceilings and doors, before constructing new ceilings, doors, and stud/glazed partitions including acoustic works.

M&E alterations took place, including adaptations to sprinklers, ventilation, plumbing, electrical services, DATA and BMS. We also inaugurated new finishes, decorations and flooring to the meeting room.

We fitted out new shower rooms across two floors, which involved new sanitary, tiling, flooring and decorations.
